Victoria at Dusk is a journey of lights, art and discovery through downtown hub.

This free, multi-night event will guide visitors along a walkable route with light-based installations, performance art, storytelling and creative cultural expression. Explore stories of Victoria, discover interactive activities, music, storytellers, performers and temporary public art installations along the self-guided walking downtown.
